Why Hardbound Case Binding In-House Matters

Hardbound case binding is performed in-house at our Gurugram facility. This supports jobs such as corporate books, records, registers, diaries, and institutional material without relying on a separate binding vendor. Print, sequential numbering, and case binding are handled in one facility, which reduces handoffs and maintains control over specifications for branded and customized diary requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's your minimum order?

Minimum quantities depend on the product, specification and production process. Some products can be produced in relatively small quantities, while packaging and commercial print runs normally have higher minimums. Send us the product, specification and quantity and we'll tell you whether the job is commercially workable.

How long will my order take?

It depends on the product and quantity. We confirm a firm date with every quotation, and we don't commit to dates we can't meet. Tell us your deadline first — if we can't hit it, we'll say so before you order.

Can you match my existing brand colours?

Yes. We can work to match existing brand colours and previous printed material as closely as the printing process and substrate allow. Send your brand guidelines, colour references and, where possible, a physical sample of the existing printed piece.

Can you do foil stamping or embossing?

Foil stamping, embossing and other premium finishing options are available on suitable products and materials. Feasibility depends on the substrate, design, quantity and product construction, so we confirm the finishing method against the actual job.

What's the process to place an order?

Send us the product, specification, quantity, artwork or reference material, delivery location and required date. We'll review the requirement, clarify anything missing and provide a quotation. Once the commercial terms and artwork/specification are approved, the job moves into production and the confirmed delivery or dispatch schedule applies.

Do you keep my specifications for repeat orders?

We retain relevant job specifications and approved production information where appropriate so repeat requirements can be handled more consistently. Always mention the previous order or job reference when requesting a reorder.
