What Is Available Same-Day

Same-day printing uses our digital press — no plate-making, no setup delays. For jobs that need to be in your hands today, digital is the right process. The following products are available for same-day turnaround, subject to slot availability:

• Business cards — up to 500 units, standard 90×54mm, matte or gloss lamination
• A4 and A5 flyers / pamphlets — up to 500 units, single or double-sided, 130gsm
• Letterheads — up to 500 sheets, A4 bond paper, full-colour header
• PVC ID cards — up to 100 units, CR80 standard, double-sided digital print
• Event passes and entry tickets — up to 500 units, paper or PVC
• Small-format pull-up banners — subject to artwork readiness
• Notepads (A5) — up to 50 pads, pre-glued
• Labels and stickers — up to 500 units, digital print on roll

What Is Not Available Same-Day

Some jobs require plate-making, drying time, or multi-stage finishing that cannot be compressed to a single day. The following require 2–7 business days:

• Offset print runs (1,000+ units) — plate-making adds 30–90 minutes minimum
• Packaging boxes — die-cutting and assembly require multiple stages
• Spot UV, embossing, or foil stamping — require dedicated finishing machines
• Soft-touch lamination — longer cure time needed
• Corporate diaries and notebooks — binding requires overnight minimum
• Orders over 500 units — digital press throughput limit for single-day jobs

How to Order Same-Day Printing

1. Call or WhatsApp before 10 AM — confirm product, quantity, and slot availability at +91 99101 48075
2. Send artwork by 10 AM — PDF, AI, or CDR file, 300 DPI, CMYK, with bleed and crop marks. WhatsApp or email your file immediately after confirming.
3. Receive artwork confirmation — our team reviews your file and confirms it is print-ready. Any corrections must be returned before 11 AM.
4. Collect your order by 5–6 PM — walk in to our Sector 37 facility or arrange same-day courier within Gurugram.

Important: Same-day slots are limited. Do not assume availability without confirming first. Call +91 99101 48075 before walking in to avoid disappointment.

File Requirements for Same-Day Orders

To avoid delays, your artwork file must meet these specifications before we can send it to the digital press:

• Format: PDF (preferred), AI, CDR, or high-resolution JPG/PNG
• Resolution: 300 DPI at the actual print size
• Colour mode: CMYK — RGB files will be converted, which may shift colours
• Bleed: 3mm bleed on all four sides for any full-bleed design
• Safe zone: Keep all text and logos at least 3mm inside the trim line
• Fonts: Embedded in the PDF or converted to outlines
