The ordering window is September to October for the following year's diaries, so September to October 2026 for 2027. Orders after October are also accepted.

Diaries are seasonal. Confirming your requirement early leaves time for artwork approval and sampling. If your specifications are already on file from a previous order, repeat orders can be produced against the existing job details.

What sizes and binding styles are available?

Diaries are available in A4 or A5. Binding can be hardbound, spiral/wire-O or perfect bound, and leatherette covers are available. Choose the size by how the recipient will use the diary: A4 for the desk, A5 for carrying.

What finishes and inner pages are available?

Matte, gloss or soft-touch lamination and spot UV are available. We offer foil stamping and embossing on suitable products and materials. Feasibility depends on the substrate, design, quantity and product construction, so we confirm the finishing method against the actual job.

Inner pages can be ivory or white and ruled. Pen loop, ribbon and elastic-closure options can be added depending on your specification.

Samples can be provided for many products. For some jobs we can show existing production samples; where a custom sample or prototype is required, the process, cost and timeline depend on the product and specification, and any charge and expected timeline are confirmed before the sample is produced.

Yes. Diaries can be paired with rigid boxes for presentation or paper carry bags.
