Hardbound case binding in-house

Hardbound case binding is performed in-house at Rajesh Company, supporting the hardbound, spiral and perfect-bound diary options and other premium bound corporate products. Diaries are part of our seasonal gifting set alongside desk calendars and wall calendars.

What's the minimum order for corporate diaries?
Minimum quantities are quantity- and customization-dependent. Send us the diary format (A4/A5), binding type, branding requirements, quantity and delivery details and we'll confirm whether the job is commercially workable.
Can you match our brand colours?
Yes. We can work to match existing brand colours and previous printed material as closely as the printing process and cover substrate allow. Send your brand guidelines, colour references and, where possible, a physical sample of the existing printed piece.
Can you do foil stamping or embossing on the covers?
Foil stamping, embossing and other premium finishing options are available on suitable diary covers and materials. Feasibility depends on the substrate, design, quantity and construction, so we confirm the finishing method against the actual job.
Do you keep specifications for repeat orders?
Yes. We retain relevant job specifications and approved production information where appropriate, so repeat diary orders for the following year can be handled more consistently. Always mention the previous order or job reference when requesting a reorder.
