The Same-Day Process: Step by Step

Step 1: Contact Us Before Coming

Call or WhatsApp before arriving to confirm same-day availability for your specific product and quantity. Press availability and current queue determine whether same-day is possible on a given day. Do not show up with files and assume we can print immediately. Confirm first.

Step 2: Provide a Print-Ready File

Same-day orders require a print-ready file. This means:

• PDF at 300 DPI with bleed included
• CMYK colour mode (not RGB)
• Fonts embedded or converted to outlines
• No missing images or linked file issues

If your file needs corrections or redesign, same-day delivery may not be possible. Prepare files in advance whenever possible, even for urgent jobs.

Step 3: Approve the Digital Proof

We send a digital proof (PDF) for your approval before printing. This takes 15–30 minutes. Approve it promptly. Every hour of delay on a same-day job reduces the window for completion.

Step 4: Printing and Finishing

Digital printing runs immediately after proof approval. Finishing (lamination, cutting, folding) follows. For a standard job like 200 business cards with matte lamination, the total production time from proof approval is typically 2–4 hours.

Call or WhatsApp first if: you have a specific deadline (e.g., must have by 6 PM), you need a large quantity, or you are not sure your job qualifies for same-day.

Walk in directly if: you have a ready file, need a small quantity (under 100 units), and the job is standard (no special finishes). We will assess and start printing if press is available.
